As a PRRM worker, Amor learned and demonstrated development management skills and knowledge as Community Organizer from 1992 to 1996 and as Area Team Leader from 1997 to 2003 in Nueva Ecija.
He served as PRRM Area Manager in Quezon Province from 2004 to 2010 and concurrently in Marinduque Province from 2010 to 2015. He was also the Provincial Coordinator of Social Watch Philippines for the provinces of Marinduque and Quezon from 2010 to 2015.
In government service, Amor was Provincial Coordinator of the Bottom-up Budgeting (BuB) program from 2014 to 2016. He was Executive Assistant 5 of the San Jose City government from 2016 to 2019, before he became Department Head of the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) of San Jose City, Nueva Ecija, from 2019 up to the present.
Amor holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the Central Luzon State University (CLSU).
He represents the PRRM Nueva Ecija Chapter in the PRRM Board of Trustees.
