The PHILIPPINE RURAL RECONSTRUCTION MOVEMENT YOUTH ASSOCIATION (PRRYA) is the national organization of young Filipinos, ages 15-35 years who are dedicated to the development of the Filipino youth, so that they can become leading participants in sustainable and equitable community and national development now and in the future.

The PRRYA is affiliated with the Philippine Rural Reconstruction Movement (PRRM), a national non-government development organization engaged in the promotion and implementation of sustainable development throughout the Philippines.

VISION

"A Philippine society where the Filipino youth are active participants in sustainable and equitable community and national development efforts."

MISSION

"To develop and empower the Filipino youth, and instill in them the spirit of volunteerism towards active participation in community and national development."
