Raul Roi B. Borejon

A former seminarian, a broadcast journalist, an elected government official, and an NGO partner.

He is the chairman of the PRRM-Albay Chapter. In 2004, he was elected as a provincial board member of Albay Province and was re-elected to the same position in 2007. At present, he chairs the Committee on Ways and Means, and the Committee on Power and Energy. He is also the vice-chairperson of the Committee on Laws, Rules, and Oversight. He is a three-termer councilor of the Tabaco City and serves as Secretary-General of the Provincial Board Members League-Bicol Regional Assembly.

He is a BOD member of the Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas, Albay Chapter and served as as field reporter, newswriter, newscaster, program anchor, production manager, managing director, and as station manger of some radio stations in Legazpi City, Tabaco City.

He was appointed chairman of the CRABS plus (CRABS+) task force under the Albay Mabuhay program of Gov. Joey Sarte Salceda. CRABS is the acronym for the four islands in the Pacific Coast of Albat – Cagraray, Rapurapu, Batan and San Miguel. CRABS+, because of the area coverage, was expanded to include all the coastal areas of Albay, in both the Pacific and West Coasts of the province.
