He is extensively exposed to the study of Federalism, its conceptual framework, elements, functions, advantages, disadvantages, its applicability to the Philippine setting and the importance of the subject as an advocacy worth marketing. While maintaining the democratic and republican system of governance, the complementary discussions on the form of government, be it Presidential, Parliamentary or any variant thereto with unicameral or bi-cameral legislative framework and electoral reforms among others, are subjects close to his continuing public speaking and marketing advocacies. He said that he will be happy to pursue this political advocacy in a much larger, wider and extensive campaign all throughout the country under the auspices of any public or private sector initiatives. For him, such a campaign is a chore worth fighting for.
